Partial refunds are calculated for unused time on a pro-rated basis after a cancellation processing fee of $150 and a materials fee as listed below. Please note: books, tests, and codes for online access are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be given for tutoring hours provided under any circumstances. Cash refunds for unused hours can be submitted within 30 days of last session; after that, no cash refunds will be given. All unused tutoring hours will expire after 6 months from the purchase date.
Materials fees for any MCAT tutoring program that include online tools: $1599. Materials fees for the MCAT 16 hour basic tutoring plan: $249. Materials fees for any LSAT tutoring program that include online tools: $199 per month since purchase date. Other tutoring plans materials fees: PCAT $229, GMAT $150; DAT $99, GRE $80.
